"Ms. Judy was amazing to work with. Last year I was searching for a better auto insurance company, comparing prices and best options. I was contacted by Ms. Judy and while I wasn’t ready to switch (been with my broker for over 30 years), she was informative, friendly and not pushy. Fast forward to this year; Ms. Judy reached out just to check on me and to see how things were going. I was happy with my current insurance company but still requested a quote from State Farm. Ms. Judy provided quick responses and was prompt with incorporating several options to suit my needs. I was intrigued with the options and set an appointment. Upon arriving I was greeted by several agents while I was directed to Ms. Judy. My appointment was informative, relaxing and friendly. I gave my concerns to her and she provided sufficient information to ease my transition from a trusted broker to State Farm. Not only am I happy with my new lower price fpr auto but was offered additional coverages for my business and life. I left tge office knowing I made the right decision choosing State Farm."

"I do not recommend this insurance company & local state farm business. After recently switching back to them for being quoted an amount that was lower than the amount I was paying from a different company, it was about a week later when I got a notification that my monthly bill was actually going to be significantly higher than what I was originally quoted. No explanation was given just an disingenuous "I'm sorry" which is unacceptable. I was misled intentionally & the people that work at this business only care about their bottom line instead of working with the customer to fix the issue and provide a lower quote as promised. State Farm is a joke. Better & lower insurance is available with other companies. Will NEVER use State Farm again for anything. Above original review update.... Additionally, the owner of the business (Haley Carter) reached out to me this week via email (I have the "receipts") and asked me twice to remove the above negative review. She confirmed that my review and complaint of the incident that occurred that led to the bad review is valid and accurate, but then proceeded to indirectly call me a liar by saying that a portion of the review is not factual when actually it is 100% factual and she had already confirmed that. Haley Carter then continued on by trying to manipulate me to remove the bad review. Which I will not because this incident needs to be documented in it's entirety so that way other consumers know the truth about Haley Carter, how she runs her office, and her team which are shady, highly manipulative, and only care about padding their bank accounts. It's my right to share my experience and the truth as a consumer to help others make an informed decision. That's what reviews are all about! What business owner has the audacity to ask for a bad review to be removed and then try to manipulate someone into doing it!! It's pathetic and a desperate attempt at damage control so that no one knows the truth about Haley Carter and her shady "business." I would strongly advise to never get any kind of insurance with them. They have terrible customer service and ZERO business ethics. Go to Progressive!! They are awesome, have top-notch customer service, and they make everything so easy. And they have great rates too!! Haley Carter State Farm is a joke. DO NOT spend your money with them! You will regret it as I have."
"Unfortunately, we have a difference of opinion here. Our office did make a mistake but we admitted it and corrected it. We definitely didn’t do it intentionally. Our office reached out to Lara to let her know we figured out what happened and the correction was being made. She was very understanding and even agreed to let us quote her insurance again in the future. She had also originally left a 5 star glowing review for our agency before she changed it when the policy issued higher. Because I thought she now may feel differently, I did reach out and ask her if she’d consider changing or deleting her negative review. I’ve never done that in 20 plus years of owning my agency but felt the review didn’t give a complete story of what happened. My team is made up of highly professional, experienced, and ethical individuals. We are human and sometimes mistakes are made. I take great pride in my good reputation and theirs and wish this review more accurately reflected that. "
